Most annoying. I'm sure people do it to p155 you off. I really find that Carmine Red changes in varying lights. Sometimes it looks really bright red (almost Guards Red) and others it looks heaps darker 'blood' red:-

So my question is when precisely caymans and boxster got better looking than 911's??
I think up until about 2005/6 the 997's still have it but definately the new caymans look like a small precise little sports car, similar to the original 2.4s but the new 911 looks like a bit of a touring benz all a bit too big and bulky.
I also wonder why they write so much on the back of a 911 now, gone are the days of carrera now you get porsche 911 carrera 4s or whatever, enough already......

I was thinking what I may change my 981c for next. Not sure about the new 718 Cayman (more wrtiting on the back!!!)...and thought I may go 'second hand' Porsche Approved and purchase a 991 gen 1 Carrera bog standard.I think up until about 2005/6 the 997's still have it but definately the new caymans look like a small precise little sports car, similar to the original 2.4s but the new 911 looks like a bit of a touring benz all a bit too big and bulky.

But I truly think the Cayman is a nicer looking car. I don't need rear seats, and agree with your comment about the 'touring benz' feel.
I know the feeling. Glad to know it's not just me it happens to. I useed to blame my own negative thoughts- speak of the devil and he shall appear!
I park away from all the cars, and mutter to myself some w****r will park beside me- come back and low and behold!
Nation of sheep I'm afraid.
Rant over!
Ha, there was a Range Rover parked opposite when I got back.

Parked in a nearly empty car park for 30 mins last night. Came back to find a battered MPV parked alongside with 6mm gap. What the fk is wrong with people?

Interesting views on parking.
I parked by Ferrari 360 in a near empty car park, must have been 400 spaces with perhaps a dozen cars in it, went to get a ticket only to watch a learner driver being instructed to practise parking alongside.
Being typically English a gave the instructor a particularly stern frown as I walked back with my ticket.
I bet he is reeling to this day.

Nice Boxster...but I'am intrigued by your wooden garage it looks quite special, any more pics.
Sorry for off topic but there is a picture of a Boxter in them...Edited by Klippie on Sunday 17th January 13:55
Nothing special I'm afraid. Just a simple timber/log cabin style double garage 6m x 6m, new drive and plonked this on top in the side garden. Very quick. Have to say the doors don't shut very easily but when the weather warms up a bit I'll adjust accordingly. Looks great though and have put lights on the drive and garage so it looks great at night too.
I'm just waiting for the electric gates to be put in this week to finish it off. And a shameless plug for the Touareg which is for sale in the for sale section..
From This....
