I just took delivery of a CS very close to your spec, colour, wheels and most of your options with a few minor differences... Silver belts, Bose, full leather and ACC are main difference to yours. You'll love it.

Post a pic when you get it, I'm keen to see how the monochrome rear lights look with the satin wheels.

Will do. I'm not sure about the rear lights either, I have never seen them on a car but hoping the darker look will work well with the dark wheels and hopefully not be too chavtastic Saxo style.

Nick

Just wondering since the Cayman purchase how you are getting on with the Sports Chasiss as trying to decide on a Boxster GTS either with PASM or swap for sports chassis.

Personally I would only buy a fancy suspension if I thought the car really needed it. I drove base cars and PASM cars before deciding to hang onto my cash and buy the base suspension. For my needs it's very, very good. The cars only have fairly limited torque (by modern standards) and that is IMO the biggest limiting factor on Boxster/Cayman's real-world performance.

Sorry for the late reply.

Getting on well with the SC. It is very firm, but I find it perfectly acceptable and am glad I chose it.

As I've said before the improvement in stance is very noticeable and welcome.

Hope this helps!

Collected mine last week, here's a couple of pics. I think the smoked rear lights work well with the matte platinum wheels

Yep, the smoked rear lights look excellent.

Is the sports suspension creating any issues with speed bumps or similar please?

Whoever made that rear number plate should be taken out and shot! Why are all the characters squeezed up at the left hand end?

You're clearly not from the UK then?

There are 7 digits in a UK registration, the last 3 have been blanked out in order for privacy (cloning of number plates on stolen cars)

I can confirm it's not stolen.

Nobody would want it. No buckets, no X73, PDK.

Completely wrong spec, practically worthless.
