Have read some where that Werkstat is ideal but my local supplier says its being discontinued? I have always used cleanser then wax but as I said this was spot on on a seal grey color but a metallic white car: rolleyes:

The Werkstat product was a fraction of the cost of Swissvax Best of show as well...

Any further suggestions on paint protection film?

Werkstat works great on white.

Not a fan of wax on white cars.

For anyone interested, I've been in to Porsche Solihull today and they have just had this delivered;

New GTS demonstrator that apparently they didn't even know they were getting, how does that happen!?!?

Anyway, I've got it booked out for the day on Thursday smile

Only glimpsed in the window but pretty sure it's PDK and looking at the ride height it doesn't look like X73?

Will report back on Thursday smile

That looks great. Is that Carmine red? Is Carmine red flat or metallic?

Does X73 at 10mm lower than PASM from five paces away make it look "right" rather than wrong?

Every time I see a 981 with SS (x73) the OEM wheels look recessed into the arches due to not very aggressive offsets...

Personally I think it would look better with either spacers or like they did with the Cayman R, made wheels with a more aggressive offset.. Putting spacer on might change the handling characteristics that Porsche Engineers have worked so hard to perfect though!

That's why I prefer either std. or PASM as the OEM wheels don't look too recessed inwards
