Excellent spec, congratulations. Don't worry about PASM it is even better than the set up in the previous generation cars, you'll love it, especially on UK's broken roads, comfort and bump absorption is exceptional. GtS exterior pack is also a great finishing touch, looks so much better than the matt black standard finish and the gloss black roll bars look great. Personally with the gloss black exterior pack I would have preferred gloss black wheels as they match exactly.

That was the original plan on wheels mate. I think this will work right enough. Worst case can have them sprayed gloss.

Cibble, wheels are black mate, black satin

Intriguing... Everyone at Porsche Reading and locally has told me there is absolutely no need to do an oil change until first service. Have to confess that this goes against my better instincts but I deduced if neither was going to take this opportunity of taking lots of cash off of me for something I want then maybe they are right...
Don't know whether it's true or not, but the argument I have heard is that modern oils are so good that there is a danger that the engine does not get run in. The decreasing oil consumption that a number report as the engine beds over a few thousand miles does suggest that it takes a while. If that is the case then it might be counter productive to change the oil too soon (ie you need to allow the oil to deteriorate a little to allow a bit of wear, and hence bedding in).

Looking at my invoice, I was charged £660.00 for a 3rd years warrenty.
It was Reading that gave me the £829 figure. What was the base price on your invoice?
I'm pretty sure 660 is for the warranty but 829 is for the warranty and breakdown cover

Ok, bizarrely, I have a warranty and breakdown card for year three but I can't see the warranty charge anywhere. Indeed, it looks like all I paid was the £54,568 plus my options. After all this complaining I might have a third year warranty and assistance for free!

I have owned a Cayman R and now have a Boxster GTS. The R was great, the GTS I would suggest is better. I have driven a 991 GTS coupe and prefer my 981 BGTS. The option of top down is excellent when you have PSE too! Lovely noises. To me there is no downside to owning a BGTS to a CGTS as far as quality, speed, performance and finish is concerned. Some will argue that the BGTS is 95% of the CGTS given slight bhp increase in the CGTS and rigidity but as most of us probably drive to 75% of the cars capabilities...

I ordered a BGTS just this morning in white, but Racing Yellow does look rather good! Plus I wanted my first Porsche to have a flat six and not some 4 cylinder turbo in 2016!

Its not certain is it that the GTS will be a 4 cylinder, it may be limited the lower models?

So, picked up the BGTS today.........

So glad I came round to the guards red, looks stunning with the black satin wheels.
Can't stop laughing at the sports exhaust. It just sounds out of this world!!

Only problem is the coolant warning light has came on and I need to take it back to dealer in morning frown they think it's just a faulty sensor as temp seems fine.

Will get a few pics up tomorrow.
