Sorry not put as elequontly as I would like, but you get my meaning, Just PASM is not for me, also much prefer the stance of the car on X73 each to there own and all that.

I'd have to agree with your comments about PASM. It's yet another disconnection with the car and the driver, in my opinion.

Dropped off my CGTS at defined details to receive protective coatings to both interior and exterior. Only had it a week and it will be away now for 5 days. Will post pics once it's completed, if it's anything like the finish that I saw on the R8 that was being detailed then I will be pleased.

It's not highest spec BGTS you'll ever see, but we're happy with it! Tried to not get too carried away. Spec was changed to include PCM and PDK after a think.

White
Red Top
Roll over bar with exterior colour
20 inch Carrera S Wheels
PDK
White Instrument Dials
PCM with Sound Package Plus
Mobile Phone Prep
Sports Seats Plus
Seat Heating
ParkAssist Rear
Homelink Garage Door Opener
Auto Dimming Mirrors with Rain Sensor

I ordered a BGTS on 9th July with Sheffield Centre, I still don't have an allocation.
Really don't understand why, getting a bit cheesed off with it all.

Don't fret too much, I had to wait 3 months+ for an allocation. But it is very frustrating, I feel for you frown

sutton have a nice one in currently!! Fell in love with it and the colour, strangely the rear wheels appeared really sunken compared to the ones i see on here, they looked like they needed some decent spacing tbh.

excuse the cell phone pics

Please can I ask you Tyrrell, when did you place your order. I'm going to take this up with OPC tomorrow if possible.

Thanks, but it's not much comfort with the new 4 pot turbos turning up soon.

Hi Jay, its with Bournemouth OPC they are the last of the FL six models due to be built Nov/Dec 2015, they OPC Bournmouth were allocated 3 cars in total. They are 2x Cayman GTS 1x BGTS, the BGTS which I put a deposit against is November build which is the last month of BGTS build before factory re jig for 4 pot turbos but you no that already from reading the forums. Hope this helps you, all the above info from OPC so you may want to take with a pinch of salt, but they are the last allocation that they are getting with the FL six motor.

Ok, well done getting your order in.

What I don't understand is that when you put your deposit down, you are on the system with Porsche. Why are you not allocated on deposit placed?
Please don't think for a minute that I'm acting like a spoilt child, I just don't understand the whole thing.
If I can't have a new car as a flat 6, I will start looking for a second hand one.
I just wish there was more clarity to the whole thing.
I'm booked on my Porsche driving experience at silverstone, which according to the lady that booked me on will be the last chance to change the spec.
Totally confused by the whole drama.......

By now you should have been allocated a build slot ie Oct, Nov, Dec I would you suggest you have a friendly word with your OPC, they usually take £3k as a deposit up front when you order, then when the car goes into build they ask you to make the deposit up to 10% of the value of the vehicle, sorry if teaching you to suck eggs, communication with OPC is important and they are all crap at it.
