Took my CGTS on a private road yesterday and thrashed to pants off it. Wow great day. Was with a mate and his 997 S.

Another mate was filming with his drone and GoPro so hoping for some good footage which I'll post up when it's available.

Sadly no bends just a long straight but I'm hopeful we will have some decent footage.

I think GTS interior and exterior will be desirable in the longer term for second hand purchase as they separate the car from the regular models. I didn't spec the latter though as the shiny black just didn't fit for me, preferred the matt colour. When I did factory collection there was boxster gts there with the shiny black bits on the outside and after close inspection I was happy with my decision not to spec
If you have the gloss black alloys, and given the other black details on the car, the black exterior pack complements these perfectly and gives you a very coordinated eye catching look. If the car had speed yellow, with painted interior trim, and yellow seat belts, it would look stunning. I would add buckets and maybe a leather dash and door caps for a really striking looking car.

Standard GTS interior has leather dash and door caps, you don't need the GTS interior pack for these items they are standard. I have ordered a Speed Yellow BGTS with yellow dials, yellow interior pack including centre console, along with yellow seat belts and it will look stunning biggrin

This is how ours is coming, also has the black satin wheels smile

Hi, no it has just left the factory, it's somewhere between there and the port. (Late September or early October delivery).

Good news that means you could get some pictures up to keep me going on the long wait, I have also gone for painted roll over bars because I was worried there was not enough yellow going on, also car is specked with Black painted Sport Techno wheels, they are slightly wider all round.

Something like this?

But more than this?

Yellow seat belts are out of picture...

Standard GTS interior is very nice but the dash and door caps are plastic, albeit high quality plastic. I am not a fan of the GTS upgrade interior pack, I think the car looks better without a lot of fussy detail, therefore the standard interior is a better place to start.

Sweet. I think that the black wheels are gloss, the platinum ones are satin. The gloss black wheels go perfectly with the exterior pack.

Incorrect. Standard GTS interior has full leather dash and door cappings. I have this on mine with interior package painted (Carrara white).
I'm not too keen on the GTS Interior pack either, to my eyes the carbon makes the cockpit coal-cellar dark, and as you say the deviated stitching and colour edged seat belts are too fussy. Each to their own though. It is horrifically expensive, too.

Well, my BGTS does not have the GTS Interior Pack, and the dash and cappings are plastic.

You have a unique car then as full leather / alcantara is the standard specification for Boxster & Cayman GTS. I have the standard interior and it is most definitely leather on upper dash and door trims other than the alcantara inserts, lower dash, door pulls, gear lever / selector, centre console box lid and steering wheel. The GTS interior pack differs from standard with carbon trim, red tachometer, deviated stitching and coloured edging on the seat belts. The leather and alcantara is the same as standard.

Mine doesn't have the interior GTS pack as it clashed with another option I wanted and here is the picture of the interior (again, sorry folks)
