I've got some MPSS on mine at the moment along with the most aggressive geometry I can have on stock suspension components.. Over the Goodyear eagle F1s they are night and day. I've been pulling >1.5g lateral on track. You'll love it.

I'll be putting a set of 18" Trufeo R slicks on soon to see what happens when you really let rip with sticky rubber. Have to figure out a solution for the oil starvation issue first though!
As I am struggling to find OE load values with the MPSS tyres, are you using the XL variants (92 and 99 respectively)? At the moment it’s a 12 week wait so I have been informed.

Have you tried fitting your GT4 mesh yet Squeaks? I am still about 4 weeks away from doing so.
I sold out and just got the Zunsports . . . . for $250 US I figured I would start with them and if I hate them I would spend the big money on the GT4 stuff. After having them installed for 3 days I think they will be just fine.

Sorry to leave you hangin
Ok, I will post here how I go towards the end of June.

Hi Andy, it was a pain getting hold of the right sizes - I ordered from mytyres in the end:

Michelin Pilot Super Sport 235/35 ZR20 88Y
Michelin Pilot Super Sport 265/35 ZR20 95Y

As they aren't N rated, I just went for the closest specs. I think the XL variant is Ferrari K rated?

The above are OE specs, its the the load rating which is proving hard to match. Yes, that's correct the front is K rated with the (92) XL rating. I have just emailed MyTyres to see what they can do in terms or ordering etc...

They look like they are for the US market, I'd also be staying clear of the P-Zero tires as they are woeful at best.

I am not sure about just for the US market. They were only launched last month.

Just enjoy smile We did factory collection of our BGTS last year in July, was great fun. A drive by pic/film of the old Circuit de Gueux race track is pretty much obligatory if you're heading in that direction. Here's mine from a few years ago:

Do any of you guys know (rather than just observing) what the sport/sport+ buttons actually do? The manual is astonishingly vague and I have noticed some odd but repeatable behaviour when operating the sport button. On my BGTS, when cruising on A roads/motorways, the stabilised oil temperature indicates 110 degrees when in normal mode and 90 degrees in sport mode. Whilst accepting what Cmoose was saying about these indications being severely damped/inaccurate, it does seem odd that a simple button push should drive the oil temperature 20 degrees lower! Hence my question.....there's clearly a lot more going on than a simple throttle/PASM re-map when this button is pressed.

This is for a manual gearbox. I believe with PDK there are changes to the gear shift in Sport/Sport Plus.

Normal mode: Exhaust off, full traction/stability control, auto stop-start on, normal chassis, oil thermostat heater off (oil runs at ~100 degrees)

Sport: Exhaust on, traction/stability control reduced a little, auto stop-start off, normal chassis, throttle response increased, tickover increased, oil thermostat heater turned on (oil runs 20 degrees cooler at ~80 degrees).

Sport Plus: Exhaust turned on, traction/stability control reduced more than sport, auto stop-start turned off, throttle 'blips' on downshifts activated, sport chassis, throttle response increased, tickover increased, oil thermostat heater turned on (oil runs 20 degrees cooler at ~80 degrees).

Thanks. That fits in with my observations. Does that mean that the engine oil will get up to temperature faster in normal mode or is it still thermostatically controlled but to a lower default temperature? Does having the car in "sport" automatically increase fuel consumption (driving style aside)? So far I've mainly used the button to switch on the PSE (love that evil) and switch off the auto stop/start (smash) rather than selecting these buttons individually. Is that a mistake? I only ask as my car is a DD and this sort of thing matters if you're doing 12000 miles a year rather than 3K.

In manual normal/sport won't make a difference how quick the car heats up. But in a PDK in auto, Sport holds the year for longer I.e. More revs, so the engine will beat up faster. I always start in auto and Sport to get the car up to temp quick as possible, then switch to manual when the temps are above 60 degs and it gives you the fast gear changes

I am only 2 weeks away from getting mine, at least it is in the country now.

Can you turn the sport exhaust off and still have sport or sport+ active?

Any ideas as to why this hasn't sold. They've had it at least 6 months to my knowledge.

As a non-OPC car, I would say price is the issue. It's mid spec, two years old and £58k.

Its a pretty basic spec as the options are:

Digital Radio
Fuel Cap in aluminium
Park Assist front & rear
Seat Heating
Sound Package Plus
White Instrument Dials
Porsche Communication Management

As Twinfan says above, its also not a OPC car.

So despite the low mileage (6000) are you saying £58k is too pricey given that it's a non-OPC car or low spec, or a combination of both? I can see it doesn't have LWB's or a GTS interior pack, what other options are considered to be desireable?
