The Cover-Zone range are very good. Had 2 different versions of their outdoor covers (Monsoon on MX5 & currently using a Stormforce on the Boxster). Fit & quality is very good. I had my Monsoon one for 2 years using it in rain, hail, snow & sold it for almost as much as I bought it for.
They are asking for the latest Boxster for a day in return for a free cover.

The OP actually asked about an indoor cover, probably a very dusty garage?
I'm with you though if a car is kept outside. The Boxster S that I had in 2014 only let water in when I didn't shut the passenger door properly.
It never leaked in a drop otherwise. As long as the drain holes are clear front and back, they shouldn't leak.

I'm not trying to be funny but I really don't see the point. It's a car not a baby also unless the car is grit free surely you can cause more damage than leaving it uncovered.
Mine sits outside in all weathers and seems to be coping ok.

I'm with you there - but it's obvious from many postings that for quite a lot of owners their car is their baby/ pet/wife/girlfriend (but probably not boyfriend).I'm not trying to be funny but I really don't see the point. To say it's just a car might get you committed for child abuse or at least divorced as a philanderer.
I bought the porche cover for my new cayman 2 yrs ago i chose the outdoor cover although it is kept in a heated garage, reason being it is easy to wipe down when dust settles the indoor cotton cover would need washing.
By the way the porche logo peels away gradualy after about 1 year
I cut the inside front securing straps off mine as i could see them scratching something .

Due to work commitments it may be under the cover for a few weeks at a time, and I don't baby my car or wish it good night or anything like that!! I usually wash it, and carefully dry it before putting it away and hate getting it dusty... I just wanted a bit of extra protection😄 Thanks for the replies and recommendations👍
