When you look at other threads it would suggest OPCs are only getting a limited amount of cars. We know it's not a conventional production car as this was in the EVO interview vid. I personally think they will do an initial limited run of manuals, then the PDK will be announced and they'll do a similar amount of cars.

Anyway, lets stick on topic otherwise this is just another repetition of the two other threads going!

What specs are people getting? I would like to get a full optioned car but i think £80+k is getting away from what this car is meant to be. I want to set myself a limit of under £75k. However, i've always been the type to order PCM and all that as it would be a daily driver.

Sports Chrono is a default option on most 'sporty' Porsches but it seems like a complete waste of money, would it be crazy to get basically a Clubsport car without this?

I'd rather spend money saved on PCM and trinkets and go for a PTS colour.

Do you think TPM is standard or not optional? Pretty sure it is on the GT3.

Is PDLS standard? Or do you have to get the PDLS in black to get PDLS?

What about automatic climate control?

PDLS is an option in conjunction with black headlight surrounds.

Air con is standard, but dual zone isn't (don't see the point in the latter).

standard a/c is utter rubbish .. there is no temperature control by the system so you have to constantly fiddle with the ‘temp’ and fan setting – inconvenient as the gear stick is usually in the way. The temp setting merely adjusts how much heat/cool comes out of the system, and does not monitor cabin temperature. The fan speed is also not self regulating at all.

as above AC is standard in as far as it's on or off, it's not climate

no one wants dual zone it's daft, but to have climate you have to tick the dual zone box ;-(

Can you spec parking sensors on these, would be a useful addition to some?

Which is really annoying to me as my parking space is tight.

For my GT3 i got a rear camera fitted - all the tech is built into the PCM so it was a case of getting a small camera fitted. Not a biggy and it means you avoid ugly parking sensors smile

I'll be doing the same for the GT4.

Spec still to decide - £72k limit but buckets, leather and contrast stitching are definites. Colour wise white unless they announce a loud orange or green once ordered confirmed fully and they ask for final specs.

6 or 7th on list at Exeter as one customer put in letter of intent but not come back to them as yet.

Dealer said that when my order came in @ 08:30 this am they processed another a few mins after mine and the comm number was 11 higher so def allot ordered.

Shortly after that Exeter closed the order book and are not taking more deposits.

They will be dealt with in comm code order apparently.
