Yes, but Gert really knows his stuff. Check out his facebook page for work he's done, including this one
He fitted my exhaust for free, was actually cheaper to go there (well with the Tesco Eurotunnel vouchers) than to get it shipped and fitted here.
So like mine - stunning. He fitted my exhaust for free, was actually cheaper to go there (well with the Tesco Eurotunnel vouchers) than to get it shipped and fitted here.

I was thinking of having something similar done to my 996 C4S.
Will the car pass the MOT back in Blighty, and does the PSE switch still work?
It's not a switchable exhaust. Switchable options (including PSE of course) are very expensive. Don't see any issues with MOT, it's not a decat or anything. Will the car pass the MOT back in Blighty, and does the PSE switch still work?

My car already has the PSE, I am not keen to lose that facility. Apart from anything else, the neighbours won't like it.
Obviously it's not worth getting if you have a working PSE. But if they were siezed and cracked like mine then it's a much more cost effective solution compared to a replacement PSE. As I mentioned earlier, it's not loud under small throttle. You shouldn't be booting it from cold anyway so it wouldn't annoy the neighbours.
