By the way congrats mdian perseverance has paid off ! Now choosing a colour is the hardest part followed by seats !i recommend trying the 918 style out if you can as they don't suit all body shapes hence me going folding buckets!
918 seats for me all day long, tried them out quickly the other week, perfectly comfortable for me, probably because of my size. Even if they are not the most comfortable, they look f'ing amazing biggrin

I bet those of you who having chosen grey are pretty happy it being the motor sport/club sport launch colour!

That does look great - externally the same as mine assuming it's White (C9A).

Anyone know how much the side decals are? Think I may invest.

It's CWM....

Having posted earlier about how the metallic component catches the light to show lines and surfaces I thought I'd try to get a pic.

Cost is £199.75 and includes the centre stripe. Available in black (part no: 981 044 801 90) and red, blue or silver. Possibly get aftermarket ones cheaper.

Sorry - my mistake. That price is just for the centre stripe!

I thought that sounded remarkably good value smile

Still, the side stripes shouldn't be much more.

My understanding:

Carrara White (B9A) is different to White (C9A) which is different to Carrara White Metallic (OK1)

The two colours available for the GT4 are Carrara White Metallic (OK1) and White (C9A)

Why is this important? Because the "new" Carrara White Metallic is quite different to the old Carrara White.

Take care with your Porsche whites...!
Yep. Totally correct.
Took me a while to figure that out. Not all OPCs are clued up (my one was)

The 7.2 RS White was a Carrara white (non metallic)
This solid white is less creamier.

On a dull day I found CWM to be a bit too blue. But didn't see it in sunshine. Might be excellent.
Though many have told me it just looks white.

Personally I felt solid white is the Motorsport colour.

Porsche shares the paint with the rest of the VAG group, FYI Carrara white is the same colour that Vw commonly uses on the commercial vans they call it Candy white, same colour code same colour, my car is Carrara white and my lad a seat Ibiza in candy white and he uses my touch up stick to touch in his stone chips .

bit more useless information, Porsche Basalt black is Audi Magic black smile

Wonder then if Porsche charges the same price for Carrera white touch up as Seat do for Candy white?

scratchchin

Just a thought.

Does anyone have any Interior pics of a car with yellow stitching and belts (preferably with buckets)?
