If I was you I'd ring round every OPC tomorrow - there are definitely more cars - don't put all your eggs in one basket - also let the others know that you are 90 % sure you'll get one from your local OPC , but you don't want to risk it - they'll prefer the idea of taking your order to stop someone else doing so - I may be wrong , but it's worth a shot - this isn't a very limited car now , as the second allocation was larger than most people think - I know of an OPC that will have had 20 in total : I bet there will be about 400/500 UK cars being produced . - It feels more like a last run out model pre the next generation , rather like the 911 997.2 GTS.
I think come March / April there will be lots for sale on the slightly used market and prices will reflect this - I may well be wrong - but OPC's allocations are not as limited as some think - I wonder if the large second allocation was Porsche trying to cool down the overs market - I hope so.
Either way , just keep ringing and don't stop and I bet you get one - best of luck to you
(P.S - I bet if you do get one and then go back to the OPC that have told you to keep positive , they may suddenly pull one out of the hat - stranger things have happened)

In regards to numbers and further allocations.
It is true that a second batch was released. I have just spoken to the sales manager of one of the largest dealerships. He has received another 4 cars in latest allocation which has taken his total number to 14 cars. He said that most dealerships received a further 2-3 extra cars and their total numbers would now be between 9 - 14 cars in total (depending on size of dealership) He said that there would now be no more extra allocations and even with the recent extra 4 allocations that he received the demand still massively outstrips supply and they still had to let many people down and are in the process of returning deposits.
He said that the demand for the GT4 is higher than any car in the Porsche range at the moment.

I find this a little surprising but not completely unlikely. Maybe there will be a 981.2 GT4 after all. 
It is just a great value for money package --- and one that tugs at the hear strings.Add to this it's sheer practicality and over-engineered suspension and brakes --- and it's a car that seems to be ticking more of the sports / track car boxes.
Hence maybe even 500 cars would leave unfulfilled demand, until the RS arrives and the second owner market is satisfied ??
It would be strange if an RS was to be the PDK version ??

I don't think we'll get to 500 units as there are a few remote dealers such as NI, Jersey etc. Jersey have had 3 cars that I know of and Cardiff had 4 initial plus 2 extra.
If an average of 10 cars per dealer then 340 would seem like a more likely number to me.

I believe they had 6 in the initial batch, not entirely sure they received a second batch. My experience with them of late has been less than impressive; salesman wouldn't even come out of his office to say hello when I was there last despite countless conversations prior, just sent someone out to tell me he was busy!mdianuk said:

I too don't think that they have had any more cars.

It literally couldn't have turned out any better, building on the confgurator 1million Times and agonising over guards and carmine...... I actually have a lot to thank my girlfriend for, sticking with carmine was the best decision it really glows and looks mega special👌🏼
