It would have been at the £36500 I offered. I think they would have done the deal as well so whoever bought it has been very lucky today! Just a bit high on the miles really. If it had 20-25k on it it would have been on my drive now at 38k. I dont think at 38 it would have been a super dooper buy. If you are trying to sell it next year with 38k on the clock its bend over time.

When you've looked at a few cars you'll realise that they're not all equal wink

Morning all.

Please don't think I'm putting the 981.

I have just dropped my R off at my local OPC and been given a 981. Nice car, but not an event or special to drive. Love the popping from the exhaust but don't like the steering.

Nice car, just not an R.

It is a shock to see how Audi the 981 is, to the Point I would buy an Audi over one lol

get back in your R and it just feels so right as a sports car :-)

ouch! pretty damning for the new Porkers then. Really don't like this modern clone generation of cars all under the vw umbrella. They all have the same plastic interiors and consoles etc. Porsche should really be defining a superior line away from them.
Having said that I noticed that grey exterior plastic panel by the wipers on my R is exactly the same material and finish on the same panel on my wifes mini !

Perfect car for me but have had a couple of spanners in the works. Had to buy an Exige I couldnt turn away for the business and bought myself a special VX220 to tuck away. Back on the hunt when the Exige clears. Probably get one just in time to tuck away out of the bad weather knowing my luck biggrin

Both sets of pics have the same numberplate and a PDK gear selector in their pics...

Looking at the many adverts Listers have put out with that white car, I'm guessing they have no idea what they are selling. Not like the eagle-eyed on here!

If its of any interest to anyone, my R will be going up forsale this weekend once I get some decent pics taken (white, manual, buckets and overall great spec).
