The only reason I ask is that I was browsing leasing companies online (Nationwide), they are offering GT4s so I called up and the chap I spoke to said a few dealers may have some and that he'd get back to me...

And what of rumours of additional build before they shutdown the 981.1 production line?

It's the premium bit that worries me...

As soon as vehicles are delivered, some will soon be back on sale so happy to wait.

So if there are still build slots available in Europe what's to stop you ordering a RHD car from say Germany?

Legally nothing to stop you, but good luck in getting an allocation once you mention RHD. It will be hard enough finding a german dealer willing to allocate you a car full stop - once you throw RHD in the mix I think you will find it is for all intents impossible.

But why is this?
Why cant a dealer in Europe supply a RHD car? They are built on the same line.

I have often wondered but never found an answer.

I used to work in the Netherlands and have successfully ordered RHD cars from Honda, BMW and VW dealers, though admittedly it was a few years ago. I even managed to get a DC2 Integra Type R RHD in a non UK available colour. There is nothing to stop them, if they can be bothered.

I guess the trick will be finding a dealer with an allocation in the first place .... but I don't speak German.

Anyone trying to get a rhd now is dreaming. Sold out in 2 days.

Expect 100k plus premiums IMO.
