2 out the 3 ;-) , just Porsche launch colours on those 3 cars, you can never go wrong with a launch colour imo.

As I stated a few posts back the Leicester white CS car was the best value atm and it sold.

you would be shocked what the part ex was ! not that I can say, but a 1 off stunning part ex on that one and a CS buy was the only option if you knew what the car was.

And our 1st high price sports seated car on the sold list, buyer for every seat :-)

That's because you're wrong. Obviously Guards Red is the best colour and Focker will back me up on this. Full leather, platinum stitching and wheels could just be the future unicorn....

Guess what mine is wink
So much better in Guards Red! Ian I think you've made a mistake buying Sapphire! wink

But then dealers and even the top specialist still don't learn ! and that's what sits stuck for sale prices dropping, to apoint getting a bargain and retrofitting buckets back in can work very well.
Not really. The cheapest option for retrofitting is the folding buckets which come in at approaching £9k but the 918 style ones are expensive (though Teille do have a couple of pairs of second hand ones for only 12.5k Euros per pair, new ones are priced to the moon and not generally available). 996 retrofits are viable (less than £5k) but for more recent pork where the seats have integrated airbags it is still generally cheaper to buy a different car if all other things are equal - especially in a comparatively flooded market. Note though that the price to option buckets on new cars was much less than the retrofit costs and everybody who took the advice to spec them from new has essentially ended up better off financially for it.

Actually if I spec'd a again it would be GT Silver or black with Carbon brakes!

I love the black and yellow combo. GT silver is a bit more classy. I have to say though that in Red it looks like a proper junior supercar. I had so much attention driving it.

I'm not just saying this but I think yellow with platinum wheels and red brakes doesn't work at all.

Yep, red is definitely fastest. Especially with red stitching. hehe

Amazing the number of people who think it is a Ferrari....I mean, how insulting!

Exactly the reason why I didn't choose red for my GTS, it's especially true for Carmine.....

I agree - but if you don't go for PCCB what are the options? If you get them repainted in yellow it looks like you're a PCCB wannabe. I'd probably go for black or satin platinum on the callipers if I had a yellow car with steels. I'd have plenty of cash to do this, as I'd only have a yellow one if I was given it . . .

I can’t help but think yellow screams Mid-life crisis / tasteless footballer / unimaginative launch colour….

But then I went for ‘boring’ agate grey so what do I know.

Was thinking the same, black with pccb's, and a damn good detailer on-hand!

The launch car at Silverstone made up my choice on the wheels and yellow.

Plus I have big posters of my car for the man cave, not sure how that cannot work.
I was very limited in choice due to NO buckets and no colours !! I put buckets above colour so my choice was very small.
Carmine red was my 1st choice, and was not allowed at the time, then GT silver.
I did have a PTS colour but that also was canceled, and after seeing it, it was me who canceled that one lol, but again I was not allowed to change the PTS colour unless I forgo buckets, so never an option.

GT4 looks great in most colours anyway.

Yellow looks great in that pic, but the reality in our dreary outside world is, unfortunately, somewhat different.
