you need to take over Ians job and phone and ask each dealer if theyve sold or just been returned to owner.

Have you cross referenced with the non-OPC cars for sale just to make sure that they arent going from an OPC to a non-opc garage?

Figures barely change on Pistonheads; suspect most buy from an OPC where possible; I know I would!

I'm in the market for a GT4, not wanting to pay dealer prices

I'm a cash buyer with funds available

Will consider all cars/colours (except yellow)

Must have
Clubsport
918 Seats
PCCB preferable but not essential

PM me, not in a great rush but would like a car in the next couple of months

It would certainly be worth a closer look when he's ready to sell

Thinking [of selling at] list price, which was £81k.

That's still how I read it, better get your pm in if I were you.....smile
Comma makes all the difference - PM gone in type
Fact alert biggrin

The earlier car (delivery miles, 918 seats, CCBs etc) was in huge demand at list (£81k)
I pm'ed the owner......but alas looks like I was just one of many....missed the boat frown

Clearly at £81k way too cheap. Well behind trade in fact.

Interesting reasoning. Why would the owner be looking for list privately other than trade bids being worse?

How does anyone know what it went for ! The way I read it was it cost £81k new and was looking for offers! Most likely sold for above trade offers!

It seems that many GT4s specced their owners with the three or four essential options; irony bypass and exclamation addiction being two. I know some didn't spec the driving aversion mode and now regret it as mileages reach four figures in a year in some sad cases. There are allegedly a few who didn't go for the smug investor mode and again find themselves in the position of being treated as some sort of car.

?????

Is this serious ???

How can spending your time doing "four figures" and more quality miles in a car that is truly exceptional --- and may well outlast the lifespan of the original owner, be anything less than glorious ?

How do you want to "spend" your life ?

Probably a duck tail spoiler, replace grubby front seat belt and a front end respray for mine.

Followed by.shoulder surgery that will limit my fun driving until after rehab id.imagine but thanks for asking
