Yes, I've said all along that the balance of sales and new listings is proving an active market, even if the figure itself has been around the same for quite some time now. At some point we may find that drop off as more cars land with long term keepers or those paying overs, but with the GT3 incoming, we might see that number increase soon, saturating the market for a while. The next GT4 may do the same, though I think we are maybe looking at 1-2 years on that one.

No idea on GTS's though, I've never talked them down, great value car too. I just don't have time to watch them both

They are removed from the sales list if they return to the available list within a few weeks, as sometimes the OPC's remove them to revise and put back up as a new listing to keep things fresh I assume.

The chart is done using Pistonheads basic forum options, so sorting by column, colour etc isn't possible. I could do it in Google Sheets, but this is about as detailed as I have time for.

Not sure on the accuracy of that charge; the majority of GT4's were not trading at £110k around October, and not an average over £95k for the majority of the charts history. I would say there were a few sales over £100k, and a few in the £70k's, but on the whole, prices have dipped just slightly from an average in the low 90's to the majority now selling in the mid to high 80's.

Chart is just advertised prices, for that it is accurate for the sources used. Actual sale price may be lower but that would apply across the entire period so overall trend would remain the same.

4,500 miles, Agate Grey, Clubsport, NAV, Leather, 918 buckets, silver wheels, anthracite interior

I'll probably trade around August (as I have a 991.2 GT3 coming) but wanted to get an idea of the gap to fund.

does your OPC not want it as part of the deal, or are they happy for you to sell out the network ?

If the former ask them for a price :-)

most 991.2 GT3 sales are for loyal clients hence they would like to see the cars back and not sold to 3rd parties.

Yes, I am handing it back as part of the deal but want to gauge the market and how many pounds of additional flesh they are taking. I usually sell my cars privately myself.

My OPC said they were not allowed to give me over list for my GT4 as part X on a 991.2 GT3.

I just accepted it as part of the price of GT3 entry.

I believe SOR is usually around £3-£4k, but for a sale back to the OPC, the difference more likely £7-£8k (they take the extra as risk). Obviously if you are part exchanging as part of the deal for the GT3, then it could be anything!

If you have a good relationship with your OPC you will be looked after either way...
I would just wait until you're ready to do something and then see what happens.

best way forward in my opinion is to part ex your car in for the GT3.
You already have a GT3 coming so you wont need to give it to them for list.

SOR can be as little as 4k just depends on how much margin is in the car. They will return you a decent amount and be fair in most cases.

Recent experience of selling my 981 Spyder. I asked several OPC's & they all wanted at least £10K off what they would sell for (market value). Mine had only 3500 miles & absolutely mint. So, sold mine to an indy who was less greedy & happy to make 5-6K.

They want 3-4K 'profit' but around 2k to put warranty on it & prep it .
My car is with an opc on sor at the moment.
