I see a drop in standards on the forum already; it has been a nice place to be. Do we really need MrD mk3!?!
don't rise to it just enjoy it as part of a diverse group of people sharing a common interest... you're always going to get the attention seekers but that's fine it would be dull otherwise wouldn't it?

Is it a sign that we are seeing a gradual fall in overall GT4 prices looking at sone's car which hasn't sold at £104,950 for a fully loaded CS car!

My finance broker on my GT4 (who I hear some of you have spoken too) said that he is getting a lot of calls from people looking to fiance GT4's at 105-115k so it's reasonable to figure that the second hand market need to buy from dealers/traders in order to finance them and the private add sellers are losing out because of that?

sone it may be worth selling via JZM or similar and taking the 5% hit which may net you a similar amount as you're trying to get privately as you're spec car would go quite quickly at 110k at JZM et al imho!
JZM prob want £850 listing fee and 8% of the sale so £9250, may as well put it up for £95k and get it gone if you want it gone.

But as I said in my other posts imo CS spec cars are not that sort after new, maybe in 5 or 6 years time when people want a cheaper track hack yes, but CS pack OPC sales are very low, my OPC only selling one. who wants a 15kg rattle lump of iron in a road car ? very few people, normally just forum wanna be's :-)

I don't get the CS hype and it's the flippers choice it seems, some stating they will fetch £10k over a non CS pack car lol

must be based on value of cars then as they wanted £850 up front and 8% to sell my older GT3.

do they still want a upfront payment ?

Dont you mofo's know by now not to argue with the oracle when it comes to the GT4? This is 'the man' in which sellers contacted first before selling for a price.

As for the 8% that was then, this is now. More people have come to the market to sell 'exotica'and its not a niche product anymore. Same with estate agents and 1% or something selling fees.

I agree that sometimes MrD can be annoying but this thread is turning into a playground filled with bullies

It's all rather distasteful

I suppose I'm in the lucky position of not having to sell the car. I might chose to keep it for a while but in the meantime it can stay safely wrapped up in my garage.
Although I'd like it to go as I'd like to get a track car for when the season starts in earnest.

Basically these cars will be worthless in 16 months. Why not just give me one now and thank your lucky stars I took it off your hands.

This has to be the most basic spec GT4 I've seen so far....

The only cost options are PCM and Heated Seats, they chose leather steering wheel and gear lever to boot!!!

Saying that its 94k, at that price I think there could be as much profit in it for the flipper as the higher spec cars at 105!

If you (or anyone else) are seriously looking into SOR, my recommendation would always be Alastair Bols. The cost would be less than some of the others mentioned and his service is first class.

He recently helped me sell my 12C.

I think if I were you I'd take it off the market and re-advertise in April/May. You'd get a better price and probably sell more quickly.

There's an odd collection of cars for sale right now. Most have just a few hundred miles on the odometer. But, it's a very short term situation.

To worry about putting a few thousand miles on a car is crazy! It'll sell given your asking price and spec.
