I've done quite a few miles this week and noticed how many RS Audi cars are around - must have seen 4 or 5 new RS6 on one day.

But I hardly saw any new BMW ///M or AMGs - is there a swing towards the Audi cars these days?

Yes - and the are driven by total cocks. And apart from one, all the rest are leased. hehe

Depends which forum you wander into and how much of a protracted and repetitive conversation you want to have.

That 'One' must be mine then. tongue out

I own it and it has working mirrors AND Indicators that come on at least three flashes before the steering wheel turns AND it lives quite happily in the inside lane of a motorway punch

Holy crap I've been wrong in my estimations. That means there are two of us... well that has well and truly broken the stereotype wall.

These were all well driven.

Was just surprised how few M & AMG cars there were in comparison. It was mainly the RS/S4, RS6 and SQ5 I saw (motorway driving)

In terms of popularity I tend to see the most in this order: AMG > M > RS

That's of the newer models at least. I seem to see plenty of new C or E Class AMGs (yes, real ones laugh), probably followed by M4's and M5's.

Proper RS's, apart from one RS6 I see weekly on my commute, I find are a bit less common.

I must say I don't see them that frequently (North London). Certainly seem to see (and hear) C63 AMG's very frequently!

Although I do drive my S6 like a cock occasionally. Had a prat in a passat up my bumper this morning. Used the V10 to full effect to leave him for dust.

.....and another (slightly) considerate RS driver here as well.

Unless your driving a micra or Honda CRV at 34 in a NSL, they I am going to biting the steering wheel, flashing my lights and overtake you through the gravel & debris in the centre, whilst not indicating and generally, behaving like a cock.

And this is why the PH forums are pretty rubbish now. Frequented by total s that feel the need to criticise any car other than their own. They hate the "BMW lane", the "Audi cock drivers", the "SUV school mums" - and any other generalisation which has no relation to reality; a cock driver will drive like a cock whether he is in an RS or a tractor. But that's the thing about generalisations, just requires a couple of people to spout the st and the rest of the bell ends latch onto it.

tts, the lot of them.

OP makes a genuine post, and the very first response back - within 3 minutes - is a pointless, off-topic, fkwitted answer. Gotta love public forums where - they really prove the "greater internet dickwad theory".

And yet, the most amusing thing is that "hondafanatic" has a picture of an Audi S3 on his profile. So he is openly stated that he himself is a cock of a driver, and a cock, and a cock lover. Go figure...

Wow biggrin Do you drive an Audi Stu?

I see mostly RS Audi's here in West Yorkshire too, pass a TT RS every morning, many RS3's about and surprisingly many RS6's!

Plus a lovely older blue RS4 which i pass parked on the road everyday... they have just thrown surface dressing (bloody stones) on all the roads to and from work and i wince every time i drive past it... i know i wouldn't like to park it on the road poor bugger!

Actually, now you mention it.

My wifes SLK Diesel has AMG badges everywhere, including (but not limited to), the wheels and the free floor mats.

My near-ish neighbours diesel A4 looks exactly like my S4 - some, colour. wheels & black styling. You would have to get close to suss out the differences, were it not for the badges and V6 exhaust.

To quote someone from another thread..." I can almost feel the air from your handbag breeze past my face".

Couple of things matey boy.

It was a joke. Obvious way above your head (you'd be good as a limbo dancer). I was playing on the typical stereotype banter that goes on everytime someone mentions 'Audi' while using a small amount of irony given the fact I drive an Audi.

You are being waaaay too agressive.

Don't take it seriously... It's the Internet.

And don't post when you've been daytime drinking.
