After a few days of thinking I've decided I am actually open to the idea of letting my R go depending on price obviously ??
Not going to advertise it as not in a hurry to let her go as she is so much fun but not using it for the reason I bought it and it is a toy that I really don't need!
Hope it wasn't yours Northbound on the M6 tonight near junction 13 - not looking very healthy on the hard shoulder. An old Merc appeared to have tried to mount it from behind...Not going to advertise it as not in a hurry to let her go as she is so much fun but not using it for the reason I bought it and it is a toy that I really don't need!
Hi all, so I started this post off exactly a month ago so thought I would update you all as I did get rid of my 340i and replaced it with a Mini Cooper S for everyday use and a fantastic CR!
For those interested in the Mini it's a great little car having had it a couple of weeks, it was a pre reg from March this year but only 140 miles when collected it, chilli pack, full leather etc. and I think for a cracking price.
As for the CR I collected this yesterday and it belonged to another chap on here who was an absolute pleasure to buy from.
The spec for me is exactly what I was looking for - PDK, buckets, spyders, climate and PSE amongst a few other less important extras. It has 16k miles and I am the 3rd owner. It has also had Ventureshield fitted from new so the paintwork is in exceptional condition.
Looking forward to getting a few drives in during the last of the Summer weather. The drive home yesterday (260 miles) was brilliant even if I did sit on the M25 for about an hour barely moving - the PSE is brilliant and I'm really glad I didn't compromise on this.
Thanks for everyone who commented on my thread.
I know the photos aren't great, it was raining and getting dark!
Cheers,
Hamperman
