Cayenne tailgate problems

The tailgate on my 2008 Cayenne is only going about 2/3 of the way up. There is no obstruction preventing it from raising fully, as far as I can tell. Any suggestions or is it off to the OPC (car is still under warranty). Thanks in advance.

not sure about a 2008 but on later models you can set the height it opens to, to avoid it hitting your garage ceiling. check the manual it may have a reset procedure. On later cars you press and hold the button inside the tailgate until it beeps and it sets the current opening height.
