cayenne PCM3 nav question and others

Looking for some help please guys.

Went to look at a 09 GTS today with PCM3 but when you press the NAV or MAP button nothing happens, just comes up as unavailable. Seller says it needs a TD drove sc, but I thought that PCM3 was hard drive NAV?

The car has the original bill of sale with it and it says that the extended navigation module was fitted as well as Bluetooth module.

I am missing something or is there a simple reason for it not working?

Also the heated seats show no indication that they are on, but they get warm when you twiddle the scroll wheel, should the switch light up?
