Say your budget was limited, so no 4 or S, what options are must haves?
Advice appreciated.
£86k. Something like this I could live with - metallic paint, nice rims, upgrade seats, PDK, SC, Gangsta privacy windows etc etc http://www.porsche-code.com/PHCLFDL0Advice appreciated.
You could save £4k by going manual (delete PDK and Sports Chrono). Could also save another £1700 by deleting Sports Exhaust.
Some of Nick Murray's videos on youtube are useful for info on specifying options, he's ordered a few and goes through the options choices that he went for and the reasons, it's interesting how his choices on options have changed on the second 991 he ordered https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=irKtSr3u0z8

I was in a similar boat and opted for the graphite blue with RS spyder wheels and the sports exhaust (better sound, but also I love the new look). Inside I felt that the GT Sport steering wheel was a nice option, given the slightly smaller outer diameter (feels more sports car esque). Then I was simply tying not to let things get out of hand so I went for the black leather, standard seats, seat heating, wheel multifunctions, and a few other minor bits and pieces to finish off. Advice appreciated.

PTS in a non-metallic shadeAdvice appreciated.
PDLS+
Winter wheel & tyre set
Interior upgrade, e.g full leather or alcantara
I had 29 options options on my build, 26 of which were were cost options.
So limiting it to just those 4 above is akin to austerity!

This would be my thrifty spec:

If you avoid PDK, big wheels and sports chrono there's a heap of money to be saved while still having a sporty specced car with mod cons.
If I was spending another say £5k on options I'd maybe fancy up the interior a bit, maybe a cost paint option, some fancier wheels and sport chrono, say like this:

Don't forget the smoker kit - for the extra 12v outlet. Something for almost nothing.
That seems great value until you check and find out that it used to be a no cost option! I got the (free back then) smokers kit on my Boxster GTS 2 years ago and can honestky sday I've not used it once. Not saying don't get it, but for £38 or whatever it costs now, I wouldn't if speccing againBlack - 0

Don't understand why you can't spec the sport suspension or whatever it was called anymore on a C2. If I had more money available,I would spec the PCCBs before speccing anything else.
