Cayenne Coupe 2020 rear spoiler issue

Rear spoiler was working/not working sporadically for a while and now not retracting at all.

Dealer suggesting new drive unit - with labour at least £2.5k fix.

Has anyone had this issue and managed to resolve aside from replacing the unit?
