Great cars and pics.
RSVP I'm sure Nurb still has that 993. Iris iirc.

Nurby do you still have that cool orange beetle?
Indeed I do still have the 993.. in fact it comes out of covers next week for the Summer season. 96 C2 Manual Iris Blue with Silver sports leather. Small RS Aero kit fitted.

The beetle is still around... some work to do on the engine for that, hopefully we'll see it turn a wheel before the summers out...

Yes, thats the 'ring... Took part in the Eifellrennen a few years back.. Had a standing ovation from every Marshall post and all of the crowd at Brunchen - apparently I was spotted during qualifying by the local Beetle owners club and word spread so every beetle owners club in the area arrived to see the orange bug!! It finished the race and it didn't finish last!!

The blue car is a 356A Outlaw. - Back in the day the 356 owners that had the racing bug modified their cars so that they could drive to the circuit, do a race and drive home.. its the original tuned Porsche.
Mines a slow burner project.. lost to do and lots of choices to be made, not least the colour of stitching and seat belts!! biggrin

Nice vid. Nicely done car. The closest I'll ever get to owning one will be a Chesil, which is on my list of cars to own at some point.

There are better builders than Chesil out there IMO... I'm not a fan of the way they fake the flat floor of the speedster.

check out the "speedster clinic" for an alternative.

I do miss this car and a Speed Yellow 3.6 Turbo to match the 996 TT would definately make up for it smile

Found some pics of a couple of my old turbo's. A very rare 964 Turbo S Flatnose, and a not so rare Turbo SE Flatnose Cab.

Wow! Lovely.

I was about to say you must be gutted at not having those anymore, then I clicked on your profile.
I now think you probably aren't too upset. hehe

Great collection. thumbup

Well I have low standards after quite a prolonged project. I'm currently going for MoT'd, registered and driveable.

Help please - I've a classic white 1986 Porsche 911 targa which I've had for many years, but now she's alittle unreliable. Can anyone recommend a good garage - she also needs a small amount of bodywork doing. I don't know what she's worth with nowadays so unsure if it's worth spending lots on restoration. I live in south Bristol, any advice appreciated as I really don't want to get rid of her. Thanks Jane

Hi Jane
86 targa worth towards £20k depending upon condition - Steve Bull in Devizes v good, but I'm sure there are places in Bristol - impact bumpers.com would be a good forum to have questions answered - lots of knowledge about our cars there - good luck
