Donut, where's the photo of your 993 taken, looks like Ireland ? West Cork ?
At first I thought it looked like Saunton Sands in Devon to me - I used to surf there a lot ( then again I was often fuelled with alcohol). I can't make out if it's sea or mist in the background. If sea it isn't SS but if mist it could well be!Edited by W12GT on Wednesday 24th May 08:30
2.7 RS Recreation, had correct Tuthill built 2.7 RS engine but rest was from a 911 E, sold it in 2002 for £13k...
Had the GT3 for about 6 months back in 2008/2009, another one I should have kept...
I've owned this Gen.2 Cayman S since Jan, it's getting some mods to make it a bit more focused but so far quite impressed.

That's all they were worth back then, in 2001 I sold my two owner low mileage Carrera 3.0 for £16,000 and bought a scruffy 964 RS for £17,000! Sold that 18 months later for £26,000 and thought I'd done rather well.

Very wise - better to have loved and lost and all that I try to avoid looking at current air cooled 911 values

At least you got to enjoy them and not worry about them. How often would you use a £200K 964RSI try to avoid looking at current air cooled 911 values
