Porsche #TurboRestoration

Good afternoon Piston Heads,

The team at Porsche Centre Sutton Coldfield and Shorade Accident Repair Centre have taken on another Porsche Cars GB restoration challenge this year following last years success of being awarded the overall winners of the Porsche 911 restoration challenge, celebrating 50 years of the Porsche 911 where we restored a Porsche 911 964. This year Porsche Centre Sutton Coldfield and Shorade are celebrating 40 years of the Porsche Turbo by restoring a Porsche 944 Turbo. The teams from Porsche Centre Sutton Coldfield and Shorade will be displaying the Porsche 944 Turbo in its pre-restoration condition this weekend at the NEC for the Practical Classics Restoration Show. We are displaying last years 964 alongside this years 944, the running gear has been split separately from the body shell so that visitors can see the extent of work that will be carried out over the next few months.

Are nearside sills available now, because that car is rotten? Itd be ironic if an OPC was restoring a car that crucial panels were NLA for.
