If it's the car I think it is and owned by the PCGB Regional Organiser for Worcester/Hereford, the car is one of the best examples I have seen. He's spent a fair bit of money during his several years of ownership. If you're after a 964 targa you'll struggle to find anything better unless you spend a lot more money.
