As others have said, the seller is without doubt in the op's car as far as I'm aware. However, if it's a 2.7s you're after, I feel this any be better worth a look;

I don't know the car, but it's a lovely colour if you can get away with driving a 2.7s

A lot of these cars will have had all the mods .. but worth checking.
Time certing and line boring, air filter flap, hydraulic cam chain mod, etc.
The '74 US cars just nipped in before the catalytic converters and air injection which did subdue the beast ... later California cars were the worst, the European 2.7 Carrera was the successor to the 2.7RS having the same engine and apart from the aluminium wishbones, the same running gear.
Weight addition in the impact bumper broadly balanced savings elsewhere and the 2.7 Carrera is a fabulous car --- having the character and performance of a 2.7RS Touring.
Most interesting is that many 2.7 Euro Carreras were backdated to long-bonnet 2.7RS lookalikes and were also used as a spares reservoir for the surviving 2.7RS --- of which there were approximately 1500 of each built .
Hence a good 2.7 Euro Carrera is much rarer than a good 2.7RS, though they never manufactured a lightweight version !
In my view they are a sleeper --- still, but not quite an RS !

I inspected this car when it was at auction recently. It is in amazing condition. Very well restored and all documented. Only drawback (to some) is the mileage of, IIRC, 225,000 miles. But you would never know it had done that many miles! It went for £29400 inc. premium.http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/141399187810
