I know they are generally considered to look a bit rubbish but I'd like one for my SC
-has anyone got one to sell?

My SC had an original wheel fitted and I thought it was one of the nicest I'd ever used.

I have a mint one. Would sell it for £500. Stitching is perfect.

The last one I saw on eBay went for about £200+ so I'll just be patient for now thanks.

Yes, but haven't you seen how much 911s are rising every month? By this time next month it'll have doubled in price again.

There's a big difference between trying to and actually doing it.

But my wheel was graced by the hands of Ernst Fuhrmann; imagine what provenance and value that would all to any SC out there in the market? You only have to look at Sniffpetrol's article on the value of aircooled cars to see what an opportunity is being missed.

For that price it would need to be covered in Elvis' foreskin, hand-stitched using Marilyn Monroe's pubes.

Oh, I have one of those too...picked it up from George Barris when I was in LA a couple of weeks ago. But that's going to set you back a little more than a monkey....

My SC steering wheel is now for sale on eBay. I won't break the rules and post a link, but if there are still people interested it should be easy to find.

And it's not made of foreskins.

Or £500.
