The 964RS was slated at launch by all reviewers for its non-compliant rock hard suspension which meant it was (an is) unusable on anything other than a snooker table.
So I'll give you 2.4S but would add 993RS instead of 964RS
For general information, my late 964RS was no less compliant in Central London rubbish roads than my ex Stradale or 997.1GT3RSSo I'll give you 2.4S but would add 993RS instead of 964RS
The only thing, no power steering made it quite something to parallel park.
I'm all for 964 prices going up and 993 prices coming down.
In 2008 I came very close to purchasing what looks like the identical twin of the Gmund 993 - the one I looked at had almost the same mileage but had some rust coming through at the front of the roof and a couple of other jobs needed doing - at £23k IIRC correctly I couldn't justify spending that money on an old car with rust and issues.
I bought a house instead - I should have bought a 993.
Let's hear more about why everyone should buy 964s and how pants the 993 is please....

964 values have been rocketing upwards in the last year or two but they seem to have stalled/leveled off a little-Let's hear more about why everyone should buy 964s and how pants the 993 is please....
good ones ain't cheap but they certainly don't seem to be maintaining the previous rate of mental almost monthly increases. Oddly, if anything, the 993 seems to becoming more popular again.....some dealers are asking silly money for good 993 coupe's.
In order to retain the integrity of the thread below are a pic of my SC rear end and one of Emily Ratajkowski's rear end.

I know 964's are the last of the 'proper' looking 911's with the traditional looking headlights etc-
however a friend of mine has a 964 and whenever I park next to him in my 993 C2 coupe I always think
the 993 curves look far superior....there's no comparison imho

Well, I own and love the what many would proclaim is the ugliest 964 duckling of them all; a C4 targa. And I bought it on purpose while not drunk. I think she's as beautiful as any 911. That sweeping rear windscreen is to die for.
Or something.
Any pics?Or something.
As beautiful, to my eye, as my Maseratis were.
