its almost certainly gonna have to be a 993 6 speed C2 now i've spent all week looking. its just grown on me. unfortunately it appears everyone is after the same car including all the dealers.
Great cars if you can find one. Good luck with the search. FYI the 5 speed is perfect for the 964...never once thought mine would benefit from having more gears.avaF1 said:

Browsing for sale ads all morning and it appears every 993 for sale within about 100m of London has had a 10k premium tax applied ! Crazy prices
I said you shouldnt have said anything.Quick, post that you have driven a 996 and they are much better and a potential investment!

This is my car for sale. I too think it's under valued but I needed a certain figure to get into an Aston Martin Vantage.
I was offered a low ball figure by a dealer for PX so wanted a bit more.
I've had a few enquires, most of them just time wasters with stupid questions (how much is insurance, what's the lowest price I'll take etc etc etc)
I'm thinking I'll just keep the car I do really like it. I know the tip gets a lot of criticism on here but for me it's 90% petfect.
Traffic around my area is terrible so it is a bliss. I do miss the manual change when I'm hooning around though.
I honestly think someone has missed a bargain with this car.

What about this one .... ok its a Targa. which is no bad thing, and only 90K miles and an absolute bargain price if it checks out...... Euros to £ that's around 26K.
Don't write off the interior either. I believe that's 'Chestnut'. It grows on you, and its better in the flesh than in the photos.
