You were driving very dangerously this morning tailgating a cyclist, revving your engine at him, driving in a green lane to skip a queue that all other drivers were patiently waiting in. You must have been mere cm's off his back tyre at 20+mph.

Please try and improve your driving.

What you failed to notice the police filming the traffic, so I expect you'll get a knock on the door, there was a big cheer from everyone in the queue! The policeman said he had it all and would be dealt with later.

What are the odds our protagonist pops onto this thread and said "Oops... So I was. My Bad... Thank you for the tip!" ?

Main road into town after the zoo, we're all waiting in the queue, all avoidable.

Cyclist didn't look happy at all, no wonder! Think there was a good bit of shouting when the car had to stop and squeeze its way back into the traffic.

Corstorphine Road? Aye its horrible. Avoid that place like the plague. Why were they filming though? Speed enforcement or something else?

I'm guessing a bus lane (I believe they are painted green in Scotland), as the other meaning seems unlikely in the middle of a city.

Not sure what the point in posting it here is. Did he have a PH sticker?

So it's not an express route for 4wds then? frown (which might have explained Mr Evo)

Yep, bus lane.

Though a lot of them are time controlled but a lot of people fail to notice so quite often you have your own lane (not that is applicable in this case by the sound of it)

green lanes? what, so the odd bus can trundle along freely yet lines of cars sit still in traffic spewing out fumes on idle.....yeah makes loads of sense that to take up a perfectly useable lane. good for bus passengers but dont give me that old granny about it being "green".

Rally reps are driven by chavs who constantly have something to prove.

You're absolutely, 100% correct.

The Celica was my favourite rally car. What's yours?

This is typical PH nonsense. I thought this place was for people who liked and knew about cars? Maybe we should have a PH 11+ to restrict the sign up to people who know what they're talking about and need not resort to very boring cliché or, as in this case, simply plucking prejudice out of their arse.
