JAZ in St Albans looks after my 964. I wouldn't go anywhere else for mechanical work. They've always got some very interesting machinery lying in bits around their workshop. They're not a one stop shop. They do the oily bits. When they were based in Wembley, they used a company on the same estate to do their paint and bodywork. Not sure if JAZ still use them now that they have relocated.

I think they used a couple when they where at Wembley - 911 Bodyshop which was across the road and Sportwagen in Essex.

Robin Dalwood is on the same estate as BS Motorsport if you want the car sent to one place.

Speak to Chris Flavell at Fenn Lane Motorsport. They have my 911 at the moment and I have been very happy with the process....but these things take time! Patience a necessity.

There's a wonderful thread on DDK about the cost of early 911 body restos at the moment.

Neil at BS Motorsports is currently rebuilding the engine in my 964 RS. If you get a chance to go to his place - see how many serious ST/RS/RSR etc. and other later 911 racecars are looked after at his place. His dyno/engine set up expertise and bosch mfi testing kit is used by lots of other specialists in the trade - my little 964 looks like a vanilla beetle next to some of the exotica in store at his workshops - must work harder/smarter!
