If you have your VIN to hand, try this site:
https://www.elferclassic.de/technik/finvin/
Otherwise you need access to databases to get the VIN from the registration (number plate) first. DVLA, insurance or dealer database.
Also while above VIN decoder is really good, only Porsche is able to give you a "birth certificate".
