One cannot state categorically how the last 4k miles have been driven , says no launch, track days etc but may have slipped it in traffic,on hills etc etc , also the 30% readout is not a perfect definitive , clutch read outs can show a lowish reading but other factors do not always show in that
One cannot expect any warranty or even the supplying dealer to cough up for a replacement clutch , am sure the OP would not if it was his business either
So the clutch readings should be ignored then in that case,I would expect a clutch that is reported by the main dealer to be only 30% worn at 20k miles to last a lot longer than another 4k

I'm not aware you will find a warranty from any manufacturer to cover wear and tear items
BMW replaced my clutch at about 6,000 miles. Obviously it had failed rather than worn out, but still, they could have just said "sorry sir, clutch is a 'wear and tear' item". Incidentally, the replacement clutch has done 53,000 miles.
