Another one gone at a similar asking price, and very quickly.

The market talks ! Probably another one snapped up by a collector and never to see daylight again.
Becoming rarer by the day
presumably the fact that this one's now locked in a collection makes the remaining cars a little rarer and a little more valuable ?

Smart observation, hadn't thought of that. Well done

Including 16Ms there is about 2,500 of them. Maybe more. Hardly rare.
Why are you including 16M's when making reference to Scud volume - they are different cars. smile

It's just a convertible version of the Scud. So to me a variant, not a different car.

I guess we have opposing views on when a variant becomes a different model, especially in answer to a question about volume produced.
I assume when I ask you how many CS's were made you don't say there were 15000+ including 360 coupe, spider and CS. wink

Have you driven a Scud back to back with a CS and if so would you be kind enough to share you experience
Thank you

I guess we do. To me Ferrari made a lightweight track focussed car in the Scud, then offered a convertible version of that car. I would differentiate between a stock 430 and a Scud, the same as I would a 360 and a CS. Maybe that's just me.

Thought this was a good read / comparison - seems like the Scuderia takes the Stradale concept comprehensively to the next level... I guess the only subjective area is on the design / looks as in that respect they are quite different...

Confirmation of price rises

Asking price up £5k in latest advert http://www.pistonheads.com/classifieds/used-cars/f...

Not so sure about the yellow on this one at £180k. http://www.pistonheads.com/classifieds/used-cars/f...
Never seen one physically but not so keen from the pictures and not so suited as a CS IMHO

Only 4 RHD now for sale and LHD prices spiralling ever closer at £140k

The yellow one looks stunning in the flesh and is immaculate.
