Deal done??
Yeah deal done for an immaculate 58 plate Rosso Scuderia 15,000 miler. FFSH with loads of money spent on the car. New windscreen, new tyres all round, new brake pads etc....Probably seen some track time I'm guessing by 40% brake wear but clutch wear is minimal. Front valance must of had paint at some time recent as NO stone chips on it at all.
Just arranging private plate transfers etc

Fantastic drivers car compared to the more posey LP570-4 Performante but both sound epic in their own way.

Think the £220k is wishful thinking and makes the £195k car seem a bargain lol but still reckon they have some appreciation to go next year.

3 years time would be perfect to swap for a speciale and more than feasible based on history.
My only concern would be how many Speciale's they build as a normal production model

Literally just flown back from 3 weeks holiday to only fly out to Channel Islands on business this week so having started the process at the start of August I hope to see the car next week now. Will post them up as soon as I have given it a clean. The 1st blast on my local country roads followed by a good wash is when its real for me.

If I'm brave enough I may even take it along to the Ferrari racing days at Silverstone on 13/14th September although that will be 400+ miles

Hope so and that's what the "experts" have recommended and advised. Have to say its a very underrated car, still representing excellent value IMHO. The better driveability and Michael Schumacher's involvement in developing the car with more F1 technology versus CS still has more value to add when fully realised.

With more "new" money being attracted to limited edition Ferrari's and import restrictions being lifted in China next year there is certainly potential for Scuds and CS to go above £200k

Possibly. Got tickets for Saturday and Sunday. Just concerned about the parking arrangements / car safety and 500 miles ( 1/4 of my annual use ) on its first outing

Do you imagine your car might be specifically targeted ?

Surely it might be quite hard to find in amongst all the others in the dedicated Ferrari parking on the infield......

Yeah, probably given some of the comments made at me on pistonheads lol.

Is the Ferrari dedicated parking sensible or are you going to return to door dings, scratches and badges missing with Joe Public having access to the vehicles ?

Looks lovely congratulations. Just like my first one that I ordered and regretted selling. Rosso scuderia grey wheels and stripe. Enjoy it.

I was there for the Guiness record attempt 2 years ago. Parking is fine. Loads of space between cars in he infield area. Public are very respectful too.

Parking 2 years ago was perfect, infield area and an event for the Ferrari owners - not many Joe Public around. The Parade I believe is Saturday?

Cool. Be rude not to take her along, just have to break it to the other half that kizomba dancing is cancelled. That's going to go down well and get the scud off to a good start NOT

WTF - such a waste!!! I cringe with the mileage sensitive nature of supercar ownership. Work your backside off to buy the thing then cant drive it because the market frowns upon it! I've just bought a Scud from Paris and happily do that sort of mile day one.. And then drive the wheels off it as I see fit!

I once owned a 348 and went to the annual FOC meet - very nice doo it was. Entered my car in its class and failed when the guys with the white gloves said nope - too much dust! Still was a bit of fun.
However!!! I did win first prize in another class. Best condition car that's done more than 10k miles between MOT dates. I won because it was the ONLY car that had done 10k!!! :-)

Hilarious really that people can't enjoy these things, they actually are better for the miles and don't like to sit around...
