  • random question - is it possible to fit a child seat in the Scuderia seats with harness's??
I think the Cybex Q2 will do the trick - it has a clever height adjustable backrest with adjustable strap guides which I hope will work. Will report back when I pick mine up in a couple weeks.

Thanks, had a quick look - not sure it would work.

Here is a link to one that clearly does work, i can't seem to find the make of the seat though:

Just a week after the car at £215k sold in a day the one at £220k has been marked as sold too.

not knowing anything about it, generally this would certainly be a nice way to give the impression of a new market price ... put one up for sale, mark as sold a couple weeks later. then do not re-list the same car online for a while, but a few other similar ones from your stock.

Not too sure where the market place is for the Scud myself yet when the main dealers offers £200k then retailing at £220k does make sense

I couldnt find the advert on the Pistonheads website so apologies.
Well looked after example, owner has Speciale On order smile

Hope this might be perfect for someone?

Interesting interior...... No LED steering wheel. I think that will hang around unless keenly priced.

A certain Ferrari main dealer does this all the time. Cash rich and able to buy up stock, hold it and then leak it back onto the market, conveniently around spring time, continually upping the price. If it sells it sells if it doesn't put it up £10k eventually someone will think they have stolen it by getting £10k off as they are all now advertised at silly money.

Just don't be the one getting your fingers burnt is what I would say.
A car has a value regardless of how high someone "advertises " it for. Personally I see £200k as the upper limit and a big stumbling block for anything but the best of the best super rare and collectable low mileage car which will always fetch a hefty premium to a wealthy collector. 18,000 miles cars are simply not worth £200k of my money even if they get advertised at higher

You need the LEDs to know when to change gears?

And another http://www.pistonheads.com/classifieds/used-cars/f... - or 'the other' as supposedly only two AD Blue coupes delivered to the UK.
I'll admit bias but agree it's a cracking colour in the metal, despite looking rubbish if you're spec'ing online.

With regards to pricing, Scuds seem to have found a pricing level for the moment.
A few collector cars with <5k miles have an asking price of @200k-220, other slightly more used main dealer cars 180-200 and relatively unaffected by mileage.
There seems to be a big spread on LHD cars that I can't quite work out?

Im not sure i have the 'bottle' to buy a car abroad, think i'd rather play it safe, pay a bit more and buy through a UK main agent. The LHD car at Dick Lovett is really nice, its stuck around for a while though! It had a massive amount of work carried out to bring it up to 'Ferrari approved' standards, which is what has put me off sourcing one abroad myself.

LHD's definitely look like a steal against RHD...

I've owned mine from new and didn't spec led's. Personally I don't see the point or attraction and don't get why they are a must have.
