Will RHD Speciales prices drop now?
Discussion
I don't usually agree with GRB postings as they are usually about his financial forecasts on the value of his car collection and that is all he goes on about, however having a list of known cars and plates is one thing to track rarity etc.... tracking/listing V.I.N numbers i think is not on...... be interesting to see others opinions on this.

I could have a rant about intrusion of privacy and disclosure of unauthorised personal details but lets just hope the poster is just an innocent nerd and not a stalker with dubious intentions.carry on
Its for reasons like this I have a number of private plates that I use on my various cars and regularly rotate them.
I would also add for fear of some less than savoury characters knowing exactly what I have stored away all my properties have really high security.
You really need to be careful what information is put in the public domain and its a shame you can't talk openly about your pride and joys anymore.
Looks like I will go into radio silence if this is the way its going so maybe something good has come out of it afterall.
Be careful out there, big brother is watching you and I'm watching big brother

My first Ferrari was a 550 Maranello (with FHP) purchased in 1999. It was one year old and had done 5K miles. I paid £ 125K. It has now done 25.7K miles and is in beautifully rude health. I took her out yesterday and marvelled once again at its handling and torque laden V12. At its lowest point I was offered £25K trade for her. Now she is nudging six figures. Who knows, she might one day be worth what I orginally paid. I don't really care. In between 1999 and now I've added a few of her siblings including a 458 Speciale (RHD). What I do know is the 458 Speciale is a superb car to drive. Its combination of agility and acceleration is really quite remarkable. And I wouldn't be surprised that in time the 458 Speciale will be much sort after, like the 550 has become today only more so given its relatively fewer numbers.
