Where did you find the power supply for the handle illumination? Did you use a supply from within the door or run a new one? Is it permanently on, only with lights or during locking/unlocking?

You can cheat by tapping into the footwell lights and running the supply through the original door loom.

When should the handle lights come on? Mine seem to whenever I unlock the doors, I assume at the same time as the courtesy lights

Hi

Yes only come on when lock unlock fed from footwell lights also fade like the interior lights. The carbon is water transfer finish I also fitted the glass switches very expensive but worth it in my opinion.

Where did you get the water transfer finish done as I am struggling to get a even quote out of people.

The hydrodipping looks a very neat job, I had mine done by HydroMonkeys in Sunderland

Here's a tip for the hydro dipped sil covered, I added a patch of clear paint protection film over the front section to protect against scuffs as people drag their shoes over.
