What makes me laugh about ferrari fanboys is they always compare their new cars with old ones. Posts such as "488 beats 12c therefore mclaren is st" well duh 2016 car vs 2012 car, what do you expect?

Then when you point out the comparison, age wise, is 488 vs 675lt, they tell you it is unfair

LOL.

First thing anyone mentions about the car before they even know what it is, is the colour. "Wow that colour is amazing ". If I had a £1 for every time someone said that I could buy 2 458 Speciales

Sorry but I'm afraid you are out of touch with reality and just show your ignorance with your posts.

Fair play though you can keep trying to wind me up but eventually as all trolls do you will return under your bridge.

Volcano Red rocks man and my local Ferrari sales manager even says it tops his favourite Rosso Fuoco which costs £15k because its deeper and more vibrant. There is a real depth to the paint with Mclarens that Ferraris don't seem to have.

Happy trolling and no doubt if you even own a Ferrari ( which I doubt ) its probably Rosso Corsa - Been there, done that several times, boring

Volcano red is indeed a great colour, no better than some of the Ferrari reds but definitely a standout colour in the McLaren range. Have a soft spot for Papaya personally.

Nope, Rosso Fuoco is streets ahead of Volcano Red although I really do like Volcano Red.

As the owner of a common and garden Rosso Corsa 458 I don't feel short changed though. I like it and that's enough for me.

You doubting I have a Ferrari is not the issue here

There you go again spouting about 'ferrari sales manager '
You are so obsessed with the marque it's ridiculous. To get the OK from a Ferrari connection makes it 'alright' then.

Your calling me a troll but it is you that owns a macca (supposedly) which keeps trolling the Ferrari v8 forum.

I'll ask again what are you still doing in the Ferrari V8 forum?

I've scrutinized the PH rules and nowhere does it state ownership of a marque is a prerequisite of participation in that specific forum.

However even utilizing your own skewed version of the rules, as a Ferrari owner he is still entitled to be here.

He's winding you up something rotten and your retorts are not becoming of a reasonable person.

Both Ferraris and Macs are amazing cars on the whole spectrum of sports cars. Those that have chosen Ferraris generally think they are the better overall vehicle for them; those that have chosen a McLaren think they have made the more reasoned and sensible choice. More often than inot both have experience of the other if not by ownership by driving experience or knowing some one with one. Thank the Lord for freedom of choice and eclectic and/or varying tastes.

I can't believe that people are arguing about colours like they are "facts"; that there's a right and a wrong.
They're just a matter of individual taste.......

Icebite, I have to say that for a start, every poster is allowed to proffer an opinion in whichever topic they like. You criticise Rambo relentlessly, but a look over your past posts appears to show that you have a dislike for McLarens which you try to slam at every opportunity. The fact that RL is prolific in his support for the McLaren marque just means that you will bang heads frequently.
I actually find RL amusing, because he seems to wind up people who are insecure about their own choice of car.
Personally, I just love driving, and I don't care what it is as long as it is built to provide a fun driving experience.

I have always liked RL posts, I know he constantly praises McLarens but that's because how strongly he feels that they are the best out there. A few months back I couldn't decide on which car to get next as I didn't have enough experience of makes and issues, depreciation curves etc.
I asked RL about a few things via email and he very kindly helped me in making a choice - I am very grateful for his advice, my 12C spider is amazing!
I will buy a Ferrari in due course but the 12C is staying.
