Manual 612 at RM auctions
Discussion
This car is coming up on the 7th September at the RM auction in London with a guide of 80-100k. I've been looking at manual 612's for some time, and this looks like a nice one, what do you think?

Low mileage, manual box, rare, nice colour combo, what's not to like!http://www.rmsothebys.com/lf15/london/lots/2005-fe...
Can be seen on Chris Harris' recent video.
Good luck!

With that mileage its undrivable. (Unless you want to reduce its value)http://www.rmsothebys.com/lf15/london/lots/2005-fe...
LHD, its the first to fall if its an investment.
If you want to flip it next summer then its prob worth a punt.

Don't agree at all.LHD, its the first to fall if its an investment.

The 612 is a drivers car, I wouldn't call this car a desirable collection (ie Scuderia, GTO, CS....)

Errr -- How do you come by that reasoning / care to substantiate?
UK market prioritises RHD models when available, when stock dries or when the cost to import a continental LHD model becomes financially viable as prices rise then LHD models flood the market. (See all F car Marques offered for sale ATM for this)Errr -- How do you come by that reasoning / care to substantiate?
If there's a resetting of the market( and let's not forget that 8 months ago you could pick up a RHD manual Starting below£50k) the LHD cars will be the most hit in the UK.
If the models available LHD only then that's a different case.

Prices for 456s and 612s have followed the Ferrari price rises simply because they were so cheap as they are generally unloved. I bought a 456 this year and just missed a 612 manual too.The 612 is a drivers car, I wouldn't call this car a desirable collection (ie Scuderia, GTO, CS....)
Both cars have doubled, but, they are far from the blue chip investment offered by the more popular models and buying at the now prices presents far more risk than 6 months ago unless it's to drive. An ultra low mileage 612 is a short term investment IMO. (12 to 18 months)
The only manual car available anywhere in Europe is a high mileage rosso red example in France. The price? 160,000 euros! This makes the car at RM looks like very good value.
