Thanks chaps. No renderings as there is no configurator for TDF but essentially looks like this.

Looks cool. Which red?

Sounds odd about the renders though. Your dealer would have easily obtained renders either from the factory or from many dealers that have the software like HRO in London, and with your car now in production the factory can supply them now. I would have thought it essential for the interior given the myriad of options?

Looking good. Make sure to get it detailed once you collect it, as they look awful straight from the factory.

"Awful". Really? That seems extreme.

Have you ever really looked at a new Ferrari straight from the factory? It's covered in sanding marks, scratches, swirl marks. They are probably the worst offender for lack of final prep. Even worse than Mclaren and Aston Martin (both really bad).

Here is a new speciale I detailed, just to show you what I mean:

I have more obviously, but that's just to give you an idea.

No I haven't. I've only ever been in a position to buy used, not new, so those images are a surprise (and a disappointment) to me.

Hi Camlet

The car was specified over at the factory (Atelier) and they did have all of the computer images etc. However, because this was before the car was actually launched we were not allowed to take anything away with us. I will ask the dealer if they can obtain these now. It is Rosso Corsa with Nero interior/rosso stitching and details.

I have to agree, Ferrari paintwork is disappointing from the factory and the images posted are pretty typical sadly. Great job on the Speciale.

Thanks. That figures, I also attended the preview along with two other customers of the same dealer. The three of us gave our specs to Anna. But have spent much time since using the configurator and the factory to sharpen the spec inside and out. Mind you, you're probably smarter because unlike something straightforward like RC, I've probably added a 3 months to the delivery of my car. Enjoy.

Argento Nurburgring with either Azzuro Dino or French Racing Blue (tbc) full length stripe, diamond cut wheels and gloss black calipers. Interior will be mix of carbon, Blu Medio leather and Blu Medio alcantara, Cavallino in headrests will be Grigio Chairo, rev counter will be white. Tone on tone stitching.

Wow, well done, would love to see those renders. I'm boring, all mine are Rosso Corsa or Rosso Scuderia! Do you have a build date yet?

Loving the silver in and blue. I've always liked Nero and crema best on Ferrari's, but I imagine you would lose some of the lines of you went with black on this car. Either way, anyone who gets one will be a very happy bunny indeed. Enjoy in good health guys.

Thanks. There are a few black cars coming through using Nero Stellato to lift it. One guy in Germany has added gold wheels, not my thing but it looks strong. Most cars it seems to your point are using lighter colours - a few in TDF Blue which is pretty dark in all but bright sunshine but with silver wheels on the tdf is very smart. Woody's Rosso Corsa will be fairly rare and will be highly desirable, I just wanted something a little different. The F12 is smaller than the 599 and with the tdf makes it very compact and muscular. I think the tdf will look stunning in any colour when it's on the street.

I agree. The one I had a good look around was awesome. I love the front wings and of course the rear 3/4. There aren't many cars out there that look better, if you get the spec right of course. They are a proper weapon of a car.
