now up 10k....
I was interested in this car so had fairly lengthy discussions with the seller. They acquired the car in March but only started advertising it for sale in October (cited a change of premises as the reason for not marketing it). There was an interested party but they withdrew from the purchase as they were unable to raise the finance. That was the only interest there had been.
I had agreed a price but was waiting for my own sale to complete. Didnt put a deposit down as wasn't keen to give £5k to someone I knew nothing about. A week later when I was in a position to proceed the price had gone up by £10k so no longer of interest to me.

So it has. Maybe the line about selling it to me at a loss wasn't factually acurate either?!?
If they have spent a lot of money on trying to correct it they probably were making a loss to you and they have now added £10k to try and cover those costs. You can ask what you like when there isn't many around but its only worth what someone is prepared to pay that's why I'm astounded by 360 CS prices at £160k and upwards. A good superleggera is not half the car unless I'm mistaken

that black car has been advertised by that trader all summer on autotrader, i ref it in this very thread, page 10, post mid july..... think he put the price up seeing the grey car and the orange one in the ads.....
Can anyone clarify the situation regarding the BLACK Superleggera that was for sale at Pure Cars? The car didnt sell and is now with GC Motors. Car is BU08 BHO but car was previously on 32 GK and 73 PH. Service history looks fine (done every year) but someone suggested its had a knock in the past. Please PM me with any info you have!Edited by 70proof on Thursday 28th November 12:43
