Though a manual , RWD only and 50kg lighter spec is desirable

the balboni has quite a few upgrades over the standard lp-550-2, not just a white stripe

I thought it retained the same basic engine and suspension set up ?

balboni was a higher spec in terms of extra's - all came with glass engine cover, lifting gear etc etc etc... but not upgrades, the 550-2 came after so was more likely to be 'upgraded'!

engine is unchanged.... throttle maps may have been tweaked, as were suspension settings.....
