out of curiosity guys

What do you guys think about the LP560 yellow spyder for £109,995 that Tom Hartley has right now?

Seems fairly sensible, has all the bits it should do(lift, camera), it might have a teeny tiny bit of lambo warranty left?

not sure on the standard terms of the lambo warranty but presume everything covered except wearparts.

when buying this car, tom hartley should provide you with there own 1yr warranty after the official warranty expires (as part of the purchase price)

that car has been around since August/September 14 and has steadily been reduced from about 122.5k. Not sure why they can't shift given the colour/warranty/extras so worth investigating further (no. of owners/clutch reading etc.).

Lambos come with a 4 year warranty which is why there should be a little balance left. TH are only obliged to provide 3monyhs with the car.

Lots of mixed reviews on TH, I've not experience of them apart from seeing some rather foolish tweets by Tom Hartley Jnr.

See my post on the 'people still looking' thread. Proceed with the greatest of caution. I can speak from my experience only....

I'm selling my 2007 Spyder. It is with Mark at Backdraft, but he has only had a couple of enquires.
are you surprised? i'm not - i can't see it on autotrader, pistonheads and i even tried a google search and can't see it. not sure how you expect it to sell if people can't see it's for sale.

It's been on ebay, facebook, pistonheads and various places since August to be fair.

Looks like a lovely example I looked at it a few times online but the £73k asking in the adds too rich for me without perfect SH and lifting gear but would snap it up at slightly lower price.

it's not on pistonheads at the moment though is it? or is my browser concealing things from me (on instruction from the wife no doubt)

I asked BDM if they'd take the car off the market and store it for me. It's sitting there with a gallardo logo'd cover on it. I'm in no hurry so thought I'd wait till spring to offer it. Turns out that people were put off because they assumed it was one of their race cars. Actually they service standard cars as part of their core business.....and they know their stuff. They looked after it for the last three services. My posting yesterday was removed because I was inadvertently advertising the car....I honestly hadn't thought of it like that, but fully understand. I am the second owner and the service date stamps are mostly in the book, but just stretched a bit when the car was tucked-up and had only done a few hundred miles since previous service. I bought the car at 10.8k miles and have only done about 6k in 4 years. If I had a bigger garage I'd keep it and wait for it to start appreciating!

I've advertised it for you above Trevor wink

Put an offer in earlier but was declined by BDM. Shame it doesn't have lifting gear and reverse camera as had to factor that in.

Good luck with the sale. Enjoy the new F-Type when you get it too!
