Hi

Been looking around and thinking about jumping into the Lamborghini world!

If i do i think it has to be Superleggera, preferably a Mk1 due to their rareness, however do we know how many of the later ones were made?

Only one that seems to pop up is this left hand car which seems to have been on here a while.
Sounds good but there must be a reason why it has not moved on, or is it just because its a left hooker?

Hi Speedbuz,

The SL is pretty rare in UK now as apparently many have been shipped abroad.

Have a look here for some details on special models.

Good luck finding a car!

Looks like they've been following the mileage rather than annually.............

Which appears to be the case with the majority of European cars being imported, the Europeans don't seem to do annual services,

OP, you've come to the right place, although I strongly suggest you phone Lamborghini dealers and ask for their help too.

Sadly the yellow re-import (from Singapore) has sold at Pangbourne. The previous one they sold (a black one) went for £108k. I've recently had an offer for £7k above that but, as one dealer told me, it is not the time to be selling given the number looking for a classic/investment (which isn't the infinitely more expensive, yet more common, Scud or CS).

Regarding the white one you mentioned - the service history is a concern. Not only do these machines deserve TLC but without a full Lamborghini service history you may come unstuck if you need work done on something the factory guaranteed (for instance, if you found corrosion on the bodywork). On such occasions the dealer will be asked by the factory to provide a copy of the log-book which should include all stamps in the right place, at the right time. I should also point out that the last cheap Superleggera import did this:

Happy hunting! smile

Must be the same bloke who keeps contacting me. I wonder if EvoIV_NL gets the same as we own the only 3 RHD white SLs in the UK?

I've been contacted by a couple of individuals this year. I'm not looking to sell, as even after 4 years of ownership I'm still thoroughly enjoying it.

Not sure if it's still for sale...I messaged them recently about enquiring to purchase it with a part ex and had no reply.
