Recently purchased a Huracan Evo.

One of the main insurance differences I’ve found, is that windscreen cover won’t cover replacement Lamborghini glass, only a suitable alternative.

Does this cause any issues with regards to warranty with Lamborghini? Or impact resale price in any way if a non standard part is fitted?

I’ve asked insurers and they are suitably vague as to what would happen if Lamborghini insisted on a genuine windscreen.

Thanks

Yeah best quote is Admiral at £1200. Cheapest agreed value is £3500 with no commuting, £3900 with the occasional sunny drive to the office.

If I happen to go for the cheaper quote such as admiral, they can’t garauntee Lamborghini parts in the event of a window claim

The chances are, a replacement windscreen will be OE. I've seen an aftermarket windscreen for a Gallardo which is most probably aimed at the middle east market. The demand/production numbers are very low.
