Same here in HTC. IIRC it's how it used to be before the revamp, and having grumbled about the reduction I'm now so used to it that this seems freakishly largehehe

Yeah, large text with no zoom - preferred small text with zoom ability!

Massive fixed size text and no zoom controls on native Android browser. Feels like a regression in functionality. At this rate I may have to buy a tablet for the full size desktop site.

Yes, same size as before.

I got used to it, we want the small text back!

Can't zoom on iPhone4s in safari. Totem pole still stood proud too.

Argh. Please just put it back the way it was. Make zooming work and let the browser reflow the text.

If you're intent on dicking about with it, please relocate the logout text link as it's all too easy to click by mistake.

We're not "dicking about with it" at all. The dev company deployed a change to the way images are handled which should've had no impact on look and feel, but it did. The tool we use is a scrape which allows us to serve a mobile site to 000s of devices, so it's quite hard to capture visual bugs without knowing the device.

Anyway, we're trying to get back on top of it, with the help of people here.

Buys shares in tablet making company.

Also actually after some further browsing. The text is too big. But somewhere inbetween would be perfect. With zoom!

No more totem and I really quite like the bigger text. The smaller text was ok but that's why zoom was needed. You don't really need zoom now. On a more serious note, really in the scheme of things, is a slightly bigger text a life changing event? For sure, alert PH to the change (as clearly something unintended has happened) but no need to chuck toys out.

Large text, no zoom! "Pistonheads, size matters"

Someone please sort it and then just leave it alone!

Well, I like the text the way it is now, it saves me having to zoom in to click links (particularly frustrating with age numbers). Which, incidentally, I can do, not using an iDevice.

Totem pole of smilies has collapsed!

Stuart, can the font size be somewhere between PH for the blind and need a telescope to see it (as before)?

I know this isn't easy with the third party.

Yeah, totem pole now gone which is good!

I agree that the mobile site needs to be either small text + zoom or fixed size and no zoom, but a little smaller than it is now.

It's currently a bit 'My First PH'... wink

I don't know whether that is a good or bad thing. I remember the classifieds getting a complete revamp...

I use the mobile site almost exclusively, so if you'd like a beta tester I'd be willing to help or offer feedback/input.

The classified revamp is live at beta.pistonheads.com if you haven't seen already. Will be replacing the old site over the next few weeks.

We will be running a beta test team for the mobile site, so I'll be sure to include you on it.

It can be useful for pictures (although the quality of them isn't amazing when zoomed, but still!)

I upload to the Photobucket app and then copy the 'img' link into my post.
